Joel was on time efficient and friendly! He made the process look so easy, given his knowledge and experience he is worth his wait in gold. My husband and I are very handy yet we had a door that we could not change the barrel in due to the age and it was stuck in the lock position. Joel came and deleted the barrel to our existing exterior doors so that we didn’t have yet another key on our key rings!
We run a business and we understand what it is like to be undervalued sometimes because our work does not take long to do sometimes, however, the knowledge, training and experience to get to this point is years and invaluable.

Cameras installed and Joel and Rhys. So helpful. It is all very neat and well set up covering all around house. Added bonus on this cold morning I put dogs out back for their morning toilet walk and watched them on camera (in the warmth) till they came back to door

Just bought our first home and contacted Joel to re-key the locks. Joel was so helpful and completed the job quickly at a reasonable price. He even went out of his way to provide us extra keys and keyed the locks alike wherever possible. Would recommend Joel to anyone needing any security and locksmith work in southwest Sydney. I will be using Joel when we install a security system without hesitation.
